Hi, 
This is another real story that happened to me in Saudi Arabia, I am driving 520i 1990 model and I went to BMW dealer in Al-Khobar 
to trade it in with new 523i 1998. They appraised the car and promised to call me back ....2 weeks ... no body called (I have an 
answer machine in both my home and my office).. I went back to them and they apologized and promised to call me within 1 or 2 
days ....no body called... I went back to them and I requested to have a Safety Film about BMW to show it in our weekly safety 
meeting in Saudi Aramco (the largest oil company in the world)...see how much I used to love BMW .. they gave me the film and 
promised to call me for my trade in project ....3 weeks now and no body called. What is this?  ... this is a non respectable 
behavior by your salesmen and I will tell you very frankly ... my next car is Mercedes E240..... putting in mind that this is not the 
first time I drive BMW.. I used to have 732i back in 1985 . I am very much disappointed with BMW... very much..
