Subject: Service SUCKS!

If you have not been servicing your BMW through an authorised service
centre for a while, they assume that you have been giving business to
unauthorised centers. Bmw will insists that you buy an expensive
comprehensive package when all you want is a simple oil change.
so the next time you need to service or repair your beloved car, dont
bother with The authorised centre. Go to the neighbourhood mechanic. He
can do it just as well.

We may like The car but the attitude of The Malaysian Distributor really
sucks. They should  learn the basics of winning customers rather than
arm twisting.
